Faced with the severe epidemic situation, the Party branch of Huajiang Technology immediately organized and launched epidemic prevention and control work. Through networks, group chats, telephone calls, and other channels, they timely released information on epidemic dynamics and protective measures to all company employees, strengthened correct public opinion guidance, and scientifically participated in epidemic prevention and control. They called on all employees to fully support the work of Party committees and governments at all levels, and to devote themselves wholeheartedly to the fight against the epidemic.

On February 28th, the branch committee issued a proposal to show love in the fight against the epidemic, calling on all Party members to contribute to the anti-epidemic efforts. Branch Secretary Zhou Minghai took the lead by donating the first sum. Following his example, all Party members responded quickly, racing against time to fully participate in the battle against the epidemic. Everyone actively donated, contributing their share of love. While the virus is ruthless, Party members are loving. In just one hour, 25 donations from Party members were received, totaling 3,098 yuan.

In the early stages of the epidemic, the company's Party branch established an enterprise epidemic prevention command team composed of Party members and key personnel. They stood at the frontline of the company's anti-epidemic efforts, closely monitored the development of the epidemic and the needs for work resumption, quickly studied and deployed specific plans for resuming work and production, formulated relevant epidemic prevention systems, and submitted applications for work resumption as soon as possible. At the same time, they broke down the epidemic prevention and control work to responsible persons, and purchased various production materials and epidemic prevention supplies in advance. Every day, they strengthened communication with personnel from various departments of the company through video conferences, WeChat, DingTalk enterprise groups, and telephone calls to further understand the company's epidemic prevention work and the situation of resuming work and production.
On February 12th, the company officially sounded the battle cry for work resumption. In the battle against the epidemic, the company's Party branch immediately convened key management personnel to arrange work requirements after resumption, timely understood the situation of employees returning to work, and guided returning employees to strengthen health protection and self-awareness of epidemic prevention. After the enterprise resumed work, strict prevention and control measures were taken. The company conducted 24-hour temperature measurement, disinfection, and registration for personnel entering the factory area, implementing a "one person, one file" record. All vehicles, personnel, and materials entering the factory area were disinfected, closed management was implemented, and employee gatherings and visits were strictly prohibited. The canteen implemented a boxed meal supply system, with employees dining separately and independently.
Mutual Assistance - Delivering Care to Homes
During this epidemic, we didn't overlook any detail. In the face of the epidemic, we were even more concerned about our employees. When we learned that some out-of-town employees couldn't move into rental housing after returning to work, the company proactively provided single-person duty rooms as temporary accommodation, offering all necessary living supplies and meals for free, equipped with disinfectant, masks, thermometers, and other items to provide various guarantees for employees.
For those in home isolation, to ensure their normal life, the company organized personnel to not only track and record their temperature and physical condition daily but also communicate with them timely to understand their needs. The company tried its best to meet the living requirements of those in home isolation, such as buying groceries and medicine, thus achieving comfort without leaving home. We acted as "considerate housekeepers" for those in home isolation.
In addition, the leaders in charge of various departments of the company maintained contact with employees who had not returned to Hangzhou or work, timely understood and grasped their health status, answered salary questions, and provided psychological counseling. Due to proper command and effective measures, under the premise of fully carrying out epidemic prevention and control work and ensuring the health and safety of employees, except for three employees from Hubei who had not returned to work, all other employees had returned to work, and production operations had fully resumed.
